The Foshay Minneapolis
Inspired by the Art Deco decor in the Wow Suite at The W Hotel Minneapolis, as well as the sculptures in the neighboring Walker Art Center Sculpture Garden. To achieve the mod-deco look of this design, we chose more abstracted sculptures to reference from the collection, including the white and brown stone flooring designed by Sol LeWitt at the entrance to the museum, which became the background repeat for the illustrated sculptures.
